Candids (40-70 days ago)

I finally got a hold of Grandma's camera long enough to get some pictures off of it. Here are a bunch of them from around the November Christmas party and after.

"Seriously, Uncle Ian. I think Sam's too young for tackle football."

It's David and Bennie.

David enjoys his time posing as a super hero. Bennie still isn't quite sure what that thing that suddenly flashes and beeps does.

A rare image of EuphDad creaps into the blog.

Enjoying time with the grandkids.

Waking Mommy (26 days ago)

You wanna wake Mommy? You'll have to go through ME first.

Visit from the Grandparents (26 days ago)

In our unending quest to get caught up, I bring you Grampy and Grammy. They came to visit for a concert I conducted, and got to have some good David time.

When Grammy and Grampy are around, meals often follow. Grammy is the best feeder in the world!

Look carefully, and you can see where David gets his supreme focus level for playing with toys.

First Time on a Toilet (26 days later)

Ok, so I think this goes in here...

Yay! I used my potty! Right?

We're working on it. We have some time...

First Time On His Car (25 days ago)

Finally, after pulling it out and playing with its various parts, he figued it out. Even better, it was without any help from either of us. So I grabbed the camera and went to town.

"Look, ma! I'm driving!"

"Time to put this baby in second gear..."

Just like learning to crawl, he masters his first direction - backwards.

Couch Time (31 days ago)

The best photos often happen by accident. I looked up, and there they all were.

David: Single and Interested (31 days ago)

My name is David. I'm 17 months, single, and am learning to run. My hobbies include eating, sleeping, throwing things I shouldn't, and eating things off of the floor. I'm looking for someone who will let me play with their toys, let me 'bonk' them on the head, and will feed me when I whine. Kee hee hee!

Christmas Day #4 (32 days later)

Our fourth Christmas ended out our 2007, and it was an awesome time. Here are a bunch of pictures of the people we got to visit (not all - we missed photographing a bunch!). What a great time!

Try as we may, the cat was too distracted by under the tree to properly smile for the camera.

Madeleine was by far the most photogenic of the bunch.

Here's Madeleine again...or is that Julia?

It appears young Julia is also photogenic.

Got babies?

Julia poses in her new cape.

Super Michael runs through the house showing off HIS cape.

Learning to give and share at an early age.

Daddy and Michael finish a puzzle. Upon completion, Michael dances on the puzzle for several minutes.

One of the best pictures I've taken all year.

Thanks all for a magically wonderful trip! We love you and miss you all!

College Degree in Toy Assembly? (25 days later)

Yay! Grammy and Grampy got me a toy! I can't wait!

Hmm...I think this piece goes here...

"Help."

"This SHOULD click in here..."

"Maybe it goes this way..."

To maintain the G rating, I will refrain from any quotes being spoken at this point.

This is taking too long. Time to find my own toy.

Yay! I have a toy!

Ok, the toy is ready. Hm...

"Help."
